Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Executive with excellent English communication skills and proven experience in the education industry , preferably dealing with international schools .The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management processes with schools , ensure smooth communication, and improve retention and satisfaction levels.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer service, or engagement roles in the education industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools/software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar platforms).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working with EdTech platforms, coaching institutes, schools, or higher education institutions.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis, segmentation, and lead scoring.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary: As per industry standards
Work Schedule: [ Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM]
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
