Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage customer data, maintain client relationships, and support both on-field and back-end operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, and coordination of fieldwork ( visit registry office, etc.) to ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and timely data entry.
- Follow up with clients through calls, emails.
- Coordinate and execute field visits as per requirements.
- Support CRM campaigns, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to analyze customer trends and behaviors.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while managing CRM systems.
- Provide on-ground support for events, product launches, and customer service drives.
- knowledge of CRM software, Farvision
Key Skills Required:
- Data Entry & Database Management: Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and accurate typing skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and local language(s).
- Field Work Readiness: Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and relationship management.
- Analytical Thinking: Capable of generating reports and deriving insights from customer data.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, or field executive role.
- Freshers with relevant internships or strong communication and data handling skills may also apply.
Preferred Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and interacting with clients on-ground.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
