We are seeking a multi-talented individual who can wear multiple hats with confidence and creativity. This hybrid role involves direct client coordination, crafting compelling copy across platforms, and leading the visual and conceptual development of campaigns. You will be the bridge between our clients and the creative team, ensuring smooth communication, strategic thinking, and outstanding execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client needs, take briefs, and translate them into actionable internal tasks.
- Manage timelines, feedback, revisions, and approvals smoothly.
- Build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups.
Copywriting
- Write clear, engaging, and persuasive content for ads, social media, digital campaigns, brochures, and brand communication.
- Adapt tone and style to suit different brands and audiences.
- Collaborate with designers to align copy with visuals and deliver cohesive communication.
Creative Leadership
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, branding, and storytelling.
- Guide the creative team with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand understanding.
- Review and ensure the quality of visual and content outputs before client delivery.
- Stay updated with trends and bring fresh, relevant insights to creative discussions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be client-friendly and a good listener.
- Strong writing skills – fluency in English with versatility across tones and formats.
- Creative mindset – ability to ideate, visualize, and shape campaigns that stand out.
- Good visual sense – must understand design basics, layout, color, and brand aesthetics.
- Organized and proactive – able to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations.
- Team player – work collaboratively with designers, strategists, and marketing teams.
- Bonus if you have experience in advertising, branding, or digital media agencies.
