CRE-Operations( Foreign Exchange)

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Foreign Exchange/Forex operations preferred)
Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Operations team, specializing in Foreign Exchange services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in forex operations and must possess a valid 2-wheeler with a license, as local travel to client locations or banks may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Forex operations, including currency exchange, outward remittance, inward remittance, and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with clients for documentation and smooth processing of foreign exchange transactions.
• Ensure adherence to RBI regulations and internal compliance standards.
• Manage client relationships and provide prompt, accurate responses to inquiries and service requests.
• Perform daily reconciliations, transaction entries, and reporting.
• Visit banks, clients, and partner offices as required (field visits using own 2-wheeler)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per year
