Experience: 1–3 years (Automobile Industry Preferred)

Role and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Coordinate with the sales team and follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Assist in showroom events and promotional activities
