Role Overview We are looking for a psychology intern to support our training and development programs. The role will involve assisting in content creation, coordinating with mentors and participants, and handling course-related tasks such as attendance, assignments, and exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating training program content and learning materials
- Coordinate with mentors, trainers, and students for smooth program delivery
- Support in managing attendance, class schedules, and session coordination
- Collect assignments and assessments from participants and maintain proper records
- Provide support during exams, evaluations, and result compilation
- Act as a point of contact for participants, addressing queries and sharing updates
- Help organize feedback collection and contribute to program improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, academic administration, or a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online learning tools (Zoom, LMS, etc.)
- Interest in training, education, and applied psychology
