The Role

As a Recruitment Coordinatoryou'll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication and facilitating the onboarding process. You'll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Always maintain a professional and collaborative attitude.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Provide appropriate guidance and support to Line Managers and Employees.
- Escalate queries to People Operations Specialists as required to ensure the customer is fully supported.
- Liaise with stakeholders on potentially sensitive or difficult subjects in a professional and confidential manner.
- Key Responsibility Team
- Regularly share lessons learnt from individual activities with the team.
- Manage ATS (Workday) to ensure completion of tasks.
- Maintain Workday records demonstrating respect for the integrity and accuracy of all data.
- Carry out system audits for accuracy of data.
Skills & Experience
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- 1-3 years of work experience in Recruitment Administration activities
- Exposure to global stakeholder management
- Flexible working from office and in shifts - APAC/EMEA/US
- Effective English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client specific languages as required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel.
- The candidate must be flexible and amenable to work shifts, including non-standard hours. This is crucial for the role, especially given the 24 by 5 schedule.
- The candidate should be resourceful and able to solve problems independently with minimal supervision. This is particularly important for those working the Americas shift, where support may be limited during non-standard hours.
- The candidate should have a growth mindset, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt. This is essential for navigating the ongoing changes and transformations within the organization.
- The candidate is expected to handle around 60 to 70 tickets per day. This volume is based on historical data and may vary, with potential spikes during certain periods.
- For business continuity plans, include the possibility of working on compensatory holidays.
