Cooking Duties:
- Breakfast: Prepare 1–2 simple breakfast items daily for guests -south indian
- Lunch: Cook basic lunch mainly for staff; occasionally for guests.
- Dinner: Prepare one main item like BBQ rice with grilled meat/veg or similar limited menu.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Manage inventory of basic kitchen supplies and groceries.
Resort Supervision Duties:
- Report to resort owner and help manage day-to-day operations smoothly.
Requirements:
- Basic cooking skills in South Indian and/or BBQ dishes.
- Willingness to manage kitchen as well as oversee resort functioning.
- Responsible, clean, and guest-friendly behavior.
- Trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision.
