About Us: Hotel Olive Grand View is a boutique hotel in Manali offering a unique and personalized experience to guests. We're seeking an experienced and skilled Cook/Chef to lead our kitchen operations.
Job Summary: We're looking for a talented Cook/Chef for food preparation and kitchen management. You'll work closely with our Kitchen Helper to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare quality dishes, ensuring presentation, taste, and consistency meet hotel standards.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies, manage inventory, and minimize waste.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the Kitchen Helper to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, take feedback, and make adjustments to improve their dining experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Cook/Chef in a hotel or restaurant.
- Culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local cuisine and ingredients.
- Excellent cooking, presentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
