Job Responsibilities:
- Mobilize and ensure enrolments from surrounding areas.
- Engage with potential candidates through fieldwork.
- Build relationships with communities, NGOs, schools, and organizations to promote programs.
- Conduct awareness sessions and campaigns.
- Maintain records of outreach activities and enrolments.
- Achieve enrolment targets in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Experience in skill development or education sector preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fieldwork capability.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for social impact.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
