Role Overview
As a Community Engagement Executive, you will be the first bridge between IND and families who are seeking answers, support, and guidance. Your job is to engage, understand, respond, and serve—whether through direct messages, phone calls, or social media community interactions.
This role blends empathy, communication, organization, and responsiveness to create a seamless and supportive experience for our prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective families through:
- One-on-one conversations via calls, WhatsApp, and DMs
- Active participation in social media groups and online communities
- Thoughtful responses to comments, queries, and posts
- Share curated educational resources and direct families to relevant tools, videos, or sessions.
- Understand and document each family's concerns, challenges, and requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure their issues are prioritized and addressed promptly.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and track follow-ups.
- Be a gentle, trustworthy voice that builds early rapport with parents in a vulnerable phase.

- Psychology, Education, Social Work, Communication, or Human Development
- Former teachers, counselors, early childhood educators, or child development workers
- Individuals with experience in community outreach, helplines, social media moderation, or parent engagement
- Anyone who is empathetic, organized, and values meaningful impact
Prior experience is helpful but not essential. More important is the ability to listen, connect, communicate clearly, and follow through with care.
