Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Colour Matcher to join our team at Taloja. The ideal candidate should have expertise in shade matching, formulation, and quality checks in the cosmetics, paints, or inks industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform colour matching and shade development as per product requirements.
- Conduct trials for new colour formulations and adjustments.
- Maintain quality standards in shade consistency and finish.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, and QC teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of formulations and trials.
- Stay updated with latest pigments, dyes, and raw materials.
Requirements
✔Graduate / Diploma in Chemistry or related field.
✔3 years of experience in colour matching (Cosmetics, Paints, or Inks industry preferred).
✔trong knowledge of pigments, dyes, and raw materials.
✔Ability to identify shade variations with accuracy.
✔Good communication and teamwork skills.
