- A Collection Executive is responsible for recovering outstanding payments and debts from customers or clients.
- Actively contacting customers with outstanding balances to initiate payment arrangements.
- Developing and implementing payment plans that are feasible for the customer and beneficial for the company.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all collection activities, including customer interactions and payment arrangements.
- Providing regular updates to management on the status of outstanding payments and collection efforts.
