We are seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Cold Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with cold email marketing tools like Instantly, Manyreach, or similar tools and strong expertise in lead scraping tools to generate high-quality leads and book appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Email Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize high-converting cold email campaigns tailored to specific audiences.
- Lead Scraping & Prospecting: Leverage advanced lead scraping tools to extract, filter, and segment high-quality leads.
- Email Deliverability Management: Ensure optimal inbox placement by implementing best practices, warming up domains, and troubleshooting deliverability issues.
- Email Copywriting & Personalization: Craft compelling, high-converting email sequences that resonate with prospects and drive responses.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test subject lines, email content, and sending strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze key metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and generate actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
- CRM & Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cold email marketing with a proven track record of generating leads and booking appointments.
- Expertise in cold email tools such as Instantly, Mailshake, Lemlist, Mailmerge, and other automation platforms.
- Strong experience in lead scraping using tools like Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, Skrapp, or similar.
- Deep understanding of email deliverability (warm-up strategies, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain reputation management).
- Proficiency in email analytics and A/B testing to optimize outreach campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and personalization skills to craft engaging email sequences.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and align with the sales team on lead generation efforts.
