Job Description:
We are looking for confident and fluent English-speaking Cold Callers with an IT background to support our IT services sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of IT concepts, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our IT services
- Clearly communicate service offerings and generate leads or appointments
- Maintain call logs and update client information accurately
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships professionally
Requirements:
- Fluent and Clear English Communication – This is our top priority
- IT Background – Education or prior experience in IT (mandatory)
- Sales or cold calling experience is a plus.
- Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
