Job description
Position: CNC Setter
Gender: Male
Age: 18 to 35
Working Hours: 10 HRs (Rotational)
Salary Range: 18000 to 25000
Experience: 1 to 3 years Must
Skills Required:
- Supervising the manufacturing processes in CNC and VMC Machine, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Diagnosing problems in the production line in CNC and VMC Machine and providing recommendations and training.
- Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
- Drawing up production schedules in CNC and VMC Machine.
- Scheduling meetings with relevant departments
CNC & VMC Production Requirements:
- Any degree preferable.
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
