- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.
- Material Handling: Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand the required dimensions and tolerances.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor machine issues and operational problems.
- Documentation: Keep logs of production runs and report deviations from specifications.
