Job Title: Client Success & Operations Executive
Location: In-office

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM
Client Success & Business Development
- Reach out to potential clients through calls and emails; support in lead generation.
- Assist in client onboarding, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
- Maintain follow-ups and manage client relationships proactively.
- Share proposals, presentations, and support the business development team in closing opportunities.
- Attend and coordinate client meetings when required.
Operations & Administration
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and coordination.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and internal communication across teams.
- Support HR and Operations in administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, handle office supplies, and manage logistics.
- Assist in scheduling, organizing brand review meetings, and preparing minutes of meetings.
General Office Support
- Handle calls, queries, and emails; route communication to respective teams.
- Manage mail handling (incoming/outgoing).
- Provide assistance in organizing events, shoots, and client-related activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Client-facing confidence with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in client servicing, operations, or business development will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹312,284.95 - ₹1,462,486.93 per year
