We Requires Shuttering Foreman for a Contracting Company at Pune
Designation : Civil Foreman (Shuttering)
Location : Pune - Baner
Educational Qualification: SSC/HSC/Graduate
Technical: Strong knowledge in methodology of various civil execution activities
Work Experience: 1 – 15 Years
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
Planning
- Give resource planning to site eng for shuttering material and manpower
- Study the drawing to check the feasibility of de-shuttering
Execution
- Day to day Supervision of ongoing shuttering
- Check and control the wastage of shuttering material like Wooden chavi, Ply, Patti and Props, steel reinforcement, binding wire, nail, shuttering oil.
- Coordinate with shuttering agencies to keep the speed and Quality of work.
Shuttering:
- Checking shuttering’s line - level as per drawing, column size, beam size, slab level & line.
- Check the building vertically, external faces column and beam.
- Give physical stock to Sr Eng and stores
- Monitor shuttering material wastage control
- Ensure all work is completed as per shuttering design
- After performing a thorough checking of steel and shuttering inform Sr Eng to call client for inspection RFI
- Understand work order of subcontractor to know the scope of work
- Maintain material cleanliness and aesthetics
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
