We at The Loom (www.theloom.in) are looking for a Female Chat Support Executive (Chat Process) who will offer excellent customer service to derive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through chats.
- Manage and drive sales team target and performance.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Candidate should have good communication skills and should be comfortable in speaking with customer and replying to customer chats messages in English.
- Candidate should have good typing speed and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in outbound chat/mail process.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Should have Computer skills, MS Office, Chat Support.
- Preference will be given to female candidates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
