Shift: Rotational Shift
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 & ₹80 Night Shift (Fixed salary)
Eligibility:
12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma
Good typing speed (25-30 WPM minimum)
Good written English communication
Basic computer knowledge
Fresher or experienced – both can apply
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information and solutions
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
