Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our growing team. As a Chat Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time assistance via live chat to resolve queries, offer product guidance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or internal ticketing systems Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively Keep records of customer interactions and update customer accounts Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
