About the Company:
We are a new Executive Search firm focused on C-Suite and CXO-level hiring across industry sectors. Backed by committed investors, we aim to build a respected, high-impact search business. We are now looking for a seasoned leader to drive this vision and scale the firm from the ground up
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Vision:
Define and execute the short and long-term vision, strategy, and business plan for the firm.
- Business Development:
Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients across sectors; drive business acquisition and revenue growth.
- Leadership Hiring Expertise:
Lead and oversee end-to-end CXO and C-suite executive search mandates across industries.
- Team Building:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of consultants, researchers, and support staff.
- Operations Management:
Set up operational processes, systems, and technology platforms to support scalable and efficient delivery.
- Brand Development:
Establish a strong industry presence and reputation through thought leadership, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Reporting:
Report directly to the founder/investor; provide regular updates on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15–20+ years of experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, or HR Advisory, preferably with a well-known search or recruitment firm.
- Proven track record of handling senior leadership (CXO/C-suite) mandates across multiple sectors.
- Strong industry network and client relationships at the senior-most levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business from scratch.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
- Prior P&L responsibility or experience in scaling a practice/business line is preferred.
