Job Functions- Career Counselling
AGE CRITERIA- 21- 27 YEARS
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions for NEET aspirants and their parents.
- Guide students through NEET admission processes, college selection, and form filling.
- Stay updated with the latest rules, cut-offs, seat matrix, and counselling guidelines.
- Assist students in setting realistic career goals and creating action plans.
- Address queries related to courses, eligibility, fees, and future career scope.
- Maintain counselling records and track students’ progress.
- Handle student/parent calling through CRM – timely follow-ups, lead nurturing, and query resolution.
- Ensure accurate data entry, status updates, and activity tracking in CRM.
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams for outreach activities.
