Roles and Responsibilities

• Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI’s like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition,
• Occupancy, Rostering.
• BPO experience is mandatory
• Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
• Should be comfortable working from Home
• US Shift
• 5 days a week
• Good communication skills required
• international sales experience required
• up selling exp required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,633.17 - ₹35,912.67 per month
