Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Present and promote our products/services effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in outbound sales OR Candidate with good English communication skills and sales experience.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
