Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team for outbound calling and lead follow-up.
- Manage and update CRM with client details and sales activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide product/service information.
- Schedule client meetings and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Generate reports and track sales performance regularly.
Requirements:
- Good communication in English and Tamil
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Target-driven and customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in outbound calling/sales coordination is a plus
