- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our cosmetology services and special offers.
- Understand client needs and provide relevant information about treatments, packages, and skincare products.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule appointments and ensure timely registration for consultations or treatments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service team to enhance promotional strategies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in tele sales, preferably in beauty, wellness, or cosmetology sectors.
- Knowledge of cosmetology treatments and skincare services is a plus.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Pleasant and confident phone manner.
