Minimum 1 year of experience in back-office operations or business research
Ability to understand client queries and feedback, and respond in a professional and positive manner
Must consistently meet productivity, accuracy, and other key performance metrics as defined by the business or process
Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment, including split-offs and rotational shifts
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Prior experience in the shipping and logistics domain is preferred
