Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Service Assurance Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for designing business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. You will be responsible for working closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements that drive application requirements and metrics. Your typical day will involve assisting in quality management reviews, ensuring all business and design requirements are met, and educating stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. - Collaborate with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. - Assist in quality management reviews and ensure all business and design requirements are met. - Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. - Provide guidance and support to the project team on business process design and implementation. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business and technical strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Service Assurance, Communication Technology, Information Communication Technology (ICT), Service Fulfillment. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in business process design and implementation. - Strong understanding of business process management and improvement methodologies. - Solid grasp of quality management principles and practices. - Experience in project management and delivery. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Assurance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
