Associate – Business Analysis & Delivery
Location: Chennai

Salary: Starting from ₹25,000/month (based on interview performance)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Associate – Business Analysis & Delivery with a strong foundation in IT and a minimum of 1 year’s experience working on software projects for government clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging client needs with internal execution, ensuring smooth delivery, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with government clients
- Document functional and technical requirements with clarity
- Coordinate closely with UI/UX designers and Project Managers to align deliverables
- Lead frequent client demos and feedback sessions
- Follow up on payments and maintain client communication
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential government accounts
- Prepare documentation for tenders and support the tendering process
- Ensure timely delivery and maintain delivery documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/software project delivery for government clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in requirement documentation and tender processes
- Familiarity with client-facing roles and delivery coordination
- IT educational background (UG/PG in Computer Science, IT, or related fields) or relevant IT experience is a plus
