Job Summary:
The Brand and Vendor Coordinator is responsible for managing relationships with vendors, ensuring brand consistency, coordinating marketing materials, and supporting procurement and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for timely supply, pricing, and quality assurance.
- Ensure branding guidelines are followed across all vendor-supplied materials.
- Maintain and update vendor databases and contracts.
- Support marketing and branding campaigns with required vendor deliverables.
- Handle purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory updates.
- Resolve issues related to vendor performance or delivery delays.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, procurement, design).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in vendor management or branding roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and vendor management tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
