Job Type:
Remote | Part-Time | 3 Days a Week (Mon, Wed, Fri)
Approx. 3 hours per day | Timing: 10:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and categorize business expenses in QuickBooks Online – USA

• Monitor and reconcile Capital One, American Express (Amex), and PayPal transactions within QBO

• Create and send invoices through QBO based on provided billing data

• Perform weekly bank and credit card reconciliations in QBO (primarily expenses and reconciliation work)

• Maintain organized digital records of receipts and supporting documents

• Generate basic financial reports from QBO as needed

• Flag any inconsistencies or unusual activity for review

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience using QuickBooks Online – USA for bookkeeping (US practices differ from Canada, UK, and India)

• Prior experience working with US-based companies

• Strong knowledge of expense categorization, invoicing, and reconciliations

• Familiarity with handling Capital One, Amex, and PayPal data in QBO

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

• Good communication skills (written English)

Work Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

• 10:30 PM IST (approx. 3 hours per day, flexible within business hours of the client)

Nice to Have:

• Certification in QuickBooks Online – USA or formal accounting education

• Experience working with startups or small businesses

• Familiarity with tax-ready financials and monthly closing support.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
