Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records (invoices, receipts, expenses)
- Record daily transactions in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks or similar)
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with payroll preparation and tax filings
- Generate financial reports for internal review
- Communicate with vendors and clients as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in accounting is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Willingness to learn accounting software (training provided)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection (for remote work)
