Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller & Coordinator – MEP to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MEP coordination and BIM modeling, with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for MEP systems using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and client teams to ensure accurate and clash-free designs.
- Lead and mentor a team of BIM modelers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Review and validate MEP drawings and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline workflow and enhance project efficiency.
Requirements:
- GCC experience mandatory.
- 5 – 10 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination for MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
- Ability to handle and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
