- Invoice processing: Receive, print, verify, and process invoices and bills
- Data entry: Enter shipment data and ensure accurate data entry
- Documentation: Review supporting documentation, receipts, and shipping company documents
- Client relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers, and answer client and carrier inquiries
- Payment: Approve carrier bills for payment, provide payment information, and track invoices
- Purchase orders: Create and submit purchase orders
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and documentation
- Collections: Develop processes to maximize collections and minimize billing discrepancies
- Research: Proactively research payment details
- Toll violations: Assist with toll violations
- Damage proposals: Validate damage proposal approvals
