Job Title: Billing & Dispatch Executive Role

- Invoice Generation: Preparing and sending invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Payment Processing: Receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments, updating accounts receivable.
- Account Management: Maintaining client accounts, updating balances, and providing account updates.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on billing activity, cash receipts, and outstanding receivables.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and complete billing records and report
