Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing using POS/billing software.
- Generate accurate bills and provide receipts.
- Manage cash, UPI, and card transactions responsibly.
- Maintain records of daily sales and payments.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them through the checkout process.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for online/home delivery orders.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
Requirements
- Male/Female candidates, 18–35 years old.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software.
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred (freshers may also apply).
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi an advantage).
- Honest, reliable, and customer-friendly personality.
