Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beautician to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of beauty services, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional beauty treatments including:
- Facials, clean-ups, and skincare routines
- Threading, waxing (face and body), and bleaching
- Manicures, pedicures, and nail care
- Basic makeup application
- Hair styling, hair spa, blow-drying, and basic hair treatments
- Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on client needs
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction
- Upsell salon services and retail products
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Beautician or similar role
- Certification from a recognized beauty institute (preferred)
- Knowledge of a wide range of beauty services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
