Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Calling & Marketing Executive to engage with creators on our platform, enhance engagement, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should excel in communication, negotiation, and pitching skills, with a strong ability to revive inactive users and convert leads into active participants.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Telecalling (70% bandwidth)
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing creators to promote offers, features, or packages.
- Clearly explain products, pricing, and benefits to increase conversions and retention.
- Follow call scripts and apply sales strategies to handle objections and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes in the CRM/dialer system.
User Engagement & Feedback Calling (30% bandwidth)
- Conduct structured survey/feedback calls to understand user satisfaction, experience, and feature requirements.
- Re-engage inactive creators to bring them back to the platform.
- Document responses with accuracy for analysis and reporting.
- Escalate critical feedback to relevant teams (e.g., support, product).
Requirements
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent negotiation and pitching skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage inactive users.
- Comfortable working on dialer-based calling systems.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency for maintaining call records.
