Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to international (US) clients/customers for business development.
- Work on digital marketing activities including SEO, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure business growth.
- Maintain records of leads, prospects, and sales pipelines in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, and closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project execution and client servicing.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal & written communication (English).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Campaigns).
- Ability to handle US shift timings (for Telcaller role).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
