Role Requirements:
We’re looking for an Operations Intern with the eye for detail, analytical mindset, and execution drive to keep our Chadhava campaigns running flawlessly. If you thrive on structured processes, love data, and can switch gears between catalog setup and performance tracking, this is the opportunity to jump in.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Launches - Create, set up, and take campaign stores live on the admin panel.
- Catalog & Store Readiness – Manage SKU catalogs, product listings, and ensure stores are error-free.
- App Programming – Own and execute app programming for Chadhava campaigns.
- Performance Tracking – Monitor campaign metrics (Conversions, AOV, ARPU), highlight insights on high/low performing campaigns.
- Reporting & Analysis – Build weekly dashboards using Excel/Sheets for operational metrics.
- Cross-team Coordination – Collaborate with Content and Design teams to capture requirements, plan timelines, and ensure on-time store go-lives.
- Day-to-Day Ops – Work closely with the Operations Lead to ensure smooth execution of daily workflows.
Requirements
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a bias for accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity to dive into data.
- Bonus: Prior exposure to e-commerce, catalog management, or operations.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini) to aid research, analysis, and execution.
