Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Balloon Decorator to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning balloon arrangements and decorations for various events such as birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, weddings, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and set up balloon decorations according to client themes and requirements
- Create balloon arches, columns, garlands, centerpieces, backdrops, and custom designs
- Manage on-site installation and dismantling of decorations within time constraints
- Coordinate with event planners, clients, and vendors for smooth execution
- Ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness standards during setup and teardown
- Handle materials and equipment carefully to avoid wastage or damage
- Stay updated with the latest balloon decor trends and techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience in balloon decoration (portfolio preferred)
- Creative eye with attention to detail
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and work on decorations for extended hours
- Ability to travel within Bangalore for event setups
- Basic knowledge of materials like helium, balloon inflators, and accessories
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in event decoration (optional but a plus)
- Knowledge of additional decor elements (floral, lighting, props) is an advantage
- Own transport (preferred)
