Job Description
The role involves handling office support tasks, assisting in day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth document movement within and outside the office. Candidates should have prior experience in office assistance or docket handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises
- Collect, deliver, and manage office documents (dockets)
- Assist in filing, photocopying, and scanning work
- Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Support staff with basic administrative tasks and errands
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Office Boy / Peon / Docket Boy
- Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
- Basic knowledge of office work and etiquette
Salary: ₹15,000 - 16000
