About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all logistics operations comply with local, national, and international regulations, including customs, trade, safety, and environmental standards. You will be key in mitigating risks, improving operational standards, and maintaining a strong compliance culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies across all logistics functions.
- Monitor and review documentation related to import/export, transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and internal departments to ensure seamless compliance processes.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of logistics activities and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain records of compliance reports, inspections, and certifications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and training programs.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting logistics operations.
- Support incident investigations and prepare compliance-related reports as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
