Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to assist in day-to-day operational activities including stock audits, inventory management, basic IT troubleshooting, and Excel-based MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy
- Support daily inventory control and reconciliation tasks
- Prepare and update Excel-based MIS reports and operational data
- Assist with basic IT-related troubleshooting (e.g., printer, internet, system issues)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth back-end operations
- Maintain data records and support administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Basic understanding of IT hardware/software troubleshooting
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Graduate in any stream; technical background preferred but not mandatory.
