We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive with strong communication skills and an interest in social media management. The ideal candidate will support back-office operations while assisting in managing and maintaining our company’s social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day back-office activities including data entry, documentation, and reporting. (Specifically into Social Media)
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across various social media platforms (Pinterest and Youtube).
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, respond to queries, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across online platforms.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Support administrative tasks and internal communication.
- Maintain records, files, and data in an organized manner.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in and basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
