We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting operational functions, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating efficiently with internal departments. Strong skills in MS Excel, effective communication, and cross-functional coordination are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records and reports using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Handle data entry and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
Manage internal and external communications and follow-ups via email or phone.
Support the front-office and management team with backend tasks.
Monitor and manage office administrative processes as required.
Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management, basic analytics).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities with cross-functional teams.
Basic understanding of office operations and administrative responsibilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Educational Requirement – Business Administration.
