As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Business Banking Data Analytics team, you will lead data transformation and automation efforts, enhancing reporting structures and implementing innovative solutions. You will manage a team, collaborate across departments, and drive AI/ML adoption.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze problems in current reporting structures, providing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive reporting suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build utilities for various departments.
- Oversee data migration and integration using cloud technologies like Snowflake and AWS.
- Drive AI/ML solutions to improve data analytics capabilities.
- Mentor and manage a team of 2-3 members, fostering innovation and improvement.
- Report to senior leadership on progress and challenges in data transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field with over 10 years of experience in data transformation.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and cloud technologies, including Snowflake and AWS.
- Experience in handling large datasets and optimizing SQL scripts.
- Ability to build sustainable utilities across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of effective solutions.
- Strong leadership qualities with team management experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with Python and other programming languages in data analytics.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience in a senior leadership role within financial services.
- Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and Large Language Models.
- Advanced degree in Data Science or related field.
- Certification in cloud technologies or data analytics.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
