Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation.
- Perform data entry, processing, and verification of information.
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely flow of information.
- Support the finance/accounts team with billing, invoicing, and reconciliation activities (as required).
- Handle email communication, scheduling, and file management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good typing speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com, BBA, or any graduate discipline).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
